HR Digital Transformation: Current state of Practice
The understanding and
practise of human resource management have expanded as a result of the quick
development of digital technologies. In a digital context, resource and data
management for organisations is more organised and more accessible. This
circumstance has made it possible for the Human Resource (HR) departments to do
the majority of their work through digital media. Nowadays, businesses adopt digital HR
solutions to serve their human resources needs. In this regard, HRM executes
the same innovations for staff/employees or candidates while organisations
recommend multiple improvements in the digital world to consumers. Automation
has become less of a priority for digital HR in recent years as it focuses more
on increasing digital employee experiences, talent attraction, retention,
and HR service delivery.
A more unpredictable and
uncertain world that calls for more adaptive and creative solutions has sparked
a digital change in HR. As we assess the development of digital HR over the
past few years, we find that it has grown to be both more resilient and
innovative. Despite the positive statistics, unsolved issues may jeopardize the
progress made during the past four years of transformation. The emergence of
the Metaverse and the use of new technologies like ChatGPT, Virtual and
Augmented Reality, are inspiring creative HR models all around the world.
Human resources staff are more skilled at, with the correct tools and a sound digital HR strategy,
- Keep your edge in a competitive labour market.
- Bring in the appropriate talent when it's needed.
- Create memorable staff experiences to increase adherence
- Make the most of their time and efforts.
- Make time, resource, and cost savings with a strong return on investment.
